Can this drink replace your morning coffee?
Don’t sweat it yet, I won’t be convincing you to stop drinking coffee first thing in the morning… Well, sort of.
You can keep your coffee, but while the pot is brewing or before you do your Starbucks run, have a cup of warm water with a half to one full tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. The idea is to have the warm lemon water get in your belly first before any other drink or food. This simple drink does so much good for your body that you will want to do it every morning.
